The 2025 IPSA World Congress Program is divided into the following tracks. All presentations are held in-person in either of IPSA's official languages: English and French. Presentations within Closed panels may be orally presented in another language as long as the entire panel is in agreement.
Presentations in Local Organizing Committee (LOC) tracks may be held in Korean.
Note that all proposal submissions must be in English or French with the exception of the LOC panels which may be submitted in Korean.

LOC - Local Organizing Committee Tracks
Organized by the Korean Political Science Association (KPSA) in collaboration with representatives from neighbouring countries’ political science associations: the Japanese Political Science Association (JPSA) and the Chinese Association of Political Science - Taipei (CAPS).

Keynote speaker lectures take place daily. No other events or panels are organized during Plenaries.
Congress Theme
Panels and events related to the theme “Resisting Autocratization in Polarized Societies”.
Special Events
These will include innovative events such as and roundtables.
Professional Development
These will include workshops such as professional development, publishing, funding or research methods workshops.
Awards
Lectures by recipients of IPSA awards, followed by award ceremonies.
