Printed Congress Program Sponsorship - $3,000
Each registered delegate who orders a printed Congress Program will receive it onsite. The program provides essential information about all the panels and exhibitors and it is usually kept as a reference book after the event.
- Logo on the cover of the program (subject to printing deadlines, size and placement of logo will be at the discretion of IPSA)
- Full-page (1) advertisement on the inside back cover (color) of the program book (subject to printing deadline).
Please note: Other partner advertisements will also appear in the Congress Program book.
Sponsored Panel/Roundtable - $3,000
Organize speaker(s) for a panel/roundtable of your choice for a 1:45 min. session. The package includes the cost of basic AV equipment for up to 200 delegates.

- Complimentary registration up to 6 participants
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor of the panel in the Congress Program

Congress Plenary - $2,500
Align your organization with four Plenary Sessions at the Congress. No other activities will take place during the Plenary.

Logo on Delegate Bag - $2,500

Have your logo on the Congress delegate bag. Each delegate will receive a delegate bag upon registration.
The size and placement of the logo will be at the discretion of IPSA.
Contribution to Travel Grants $2,000
Support two (2) travel grants for young scholars from developing and underrepresented countries.

Lanyard - $2,000
Name Badge - $1,500
Each registered delegate will receive an official Congress name badge and lanyard upon registration. Delegates will need to wear them to gain access to the exhibition and sessions.

Exhibit Hall Coffee Break - $2,000

Sponsor a coffee break beside your booth to meet our delegates in the Exhibition Hall (choice of morning or afternoon break).

Special Events - $1,500
The opportunity to sponsor Special Events which are program highlights with high audience attendance. Special Events include various innovative events.

Meet the Author/Editor* - $1,000
This special event allows publishing houses to introduce their latest books or publications to delegates. The authors or journal editors will get a chance to present their publications and engage in conversation with participants, followed by a Q&A session.

*Up to two (2) speakers taking part in the Meet the Author/Editor will have a complimentary registration for the session.

Payment with Credit Card: Fill out the WC2025 Sponsorship and Exhibition Payment Form to complete your booking.
Payment with Wire Transfer: Fill out the WC2025 Sponsorship and Exhibition Purchase Order Form to receive an invoice.
General Information
- Complimentary exhibitor registration gives access to the exhibition and all Congress tracks;
- Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased and will have the same entitlements as above.
Conditions of Payment
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of your Congress partnership item. Failure to do so may result in your Congress partnership item or exhibition being released.
