Nomination Deadline Extended to 29 November for the 2025 IPSA Awards

The nomination deadline for the 2025 IPSA Awards has been extended to 29 November! We hope this extension will allow you to submit nominations for those who have made outstanding contributions to political science.

IPSA confers several prestigious awards, presented at the IPSA World Congress, that recognize outstanding contributions to political science and include a monetary prize. 

IPSA members are invited to submit nominations before 29 November 2024 for the following two awards: The Karl Deutsch Award and the Prize of the Foundation Mattei Dogan. Nominations for these awards can be submitted:

a) by a national association of IPSA;

b) by an IPSA Research Committee (RC);

c) jointly by two or more IPSA membersin good standing of at least two different nationalities;

d) by an incumbent IPSA Executive Committee (EC) member;

e) from outside IPSA, by established academic institutions active in political science.

Nominations for the Kim Dae-jung Award must be submitted by 31 January 2025.

Individual applications for the Global South Award, the Stein Rokkan Travel Grant Award, and the IPSA Guillermo O’Donnell Award for Latin-American Scholars must be submitted by 1 March 2025
