Display your banner for two months with hyperlink in IPSA’s monthly newsletter.
The image should be 800 (width) x 150 (height) px.

Pen & Notepad Sponsorship - $2,000

Have your company’s logo on the IPSA World Congress pen and notepads and enjoy a high degree of brand visibility.
Pen and notepads should be provided by the sponsor and approved by IPSA.

Booking Information and Deadlines

Book your booth by filling out one of the following online forms no later than 1 May 2025.

Payment with Credit Card: Fill out the WC2025 Sponsorship and Exhibition Payment Form to complete your booking.

Payment with Wire Transfer: Fill out the WC2025 Sponsorship and Exhibition Purchase Order Form to receive an invoice.

General Information

Complimentary exhibitor registration gives access to the exhibition and all Congress tracks;
Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased and will have the same entitlements as above.

Conditions of Payment

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your Congress partnership item. Failure to do so may result in your Congress partnership item or exhibition being released.
