Description

The political economy of food systems is a fundamental dimension of the contemporary world, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. However, Political Science has not paid enough attention to that topic. Moreover, food security is hardly discussed in the International Political Economy (IPE) literature. This panel brings together papers that represent different perspectives on crises of agriculture and food systems by employing IPE concepts.
