Right Based Approach of Development and Changing Administrative Culture in Developing Countries.

Right based approaches are emerged as a new paradigm for human development with dignity. The right best development became different aspects of the same dynamic as if different strands of the same fabric. The success of this paradigm depends largely on human capability and attitude of Administrative machinery and evaluating different alternative ways and solution for human development including Right to Information, education, livelihood, service and good governance. Right based approaches transform the Administrative structure, process and behaviour of public bureaucracy. These approaches also encompass the ecological perspective of governance mechanism and which leads to the change in administrative culture of the developing counties. Focus area of this panel is to understand the change in administrative culture after adoption of Right based approaches in Public Administration considering the ecological perspective. Research papers with central them of panel are invited. Research papers grounded in theory with empirical back up will consider on priority.
