Peace Gradute School for United Nations Tolerance Programme

Jeju islanders believe that creating a fifth office of the UNTP ( United Nations Tolerance Programme) in Jeju Island, South Korea, as a twin organization of the UNEP in Nairobi, Kenya, would provide a geopolitical balance to the international organization and a useful base for pease island studies in the conflicts laden region of East Asia. Establishing this office in Jeju Island, South Korea, with its unique geographical location as a hub for peace talks and environmental negotiations among Russia, North Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan,would contribute to peace and development in the region. Islanders are eager to contribute to world peace on its way through writng legacy of Jeju 4.3 Tragedy (1947 to 1954) by Korea ex officio review for Jeju 4.3 survivors, healing the persisting wounds of historic injustice, running Jeju self-governing province, sharing intergenerational education such as Memory Drawings Diary of a boy Kyong Jae Im in beautiful Jeju Island. They are ready to invite UNTP for the Co-Prosperity of 3.5 Billion Asians because they have built Tolerance Principles for a more democratic civilizations beyond the Tragedy. They are also ready to collaborate with other regions such as Busan, Incheon, Seoul in both South Korea and Kyoto and Osaka in Japan by doing Peace-Building for Co-Prosperity of 3.5 Asian people.
