Schedule Overview
A preliminary schedule of panels will be available in May 2025. It is each participant's responsibility to make sure that they are available for all four (4) days of the Congress Program: Sunday, 13 July to Wednesday, 16 July 2025 inclusively.
The Congress Schedule is organized as follows.

09:00-17:00 Pre-Congress Workshops (TBD)
09:00-17:00 Research Methods Courses (TBD)
15:00-18:00 Pre-Registration
Schedule Requests
To assist with scheduling:
- Individual Participants are invited to fill out the Individual Schedule Information Form by 08 May 2025 to indicate individual time restrictions, which will be taken into account when scheduling panels.
- Panel convenors may submit a schedule request by emailing wc2025@ipsa.org for the panel to be scheduled on specific day(s) based on the availability of all the panelists.
