Description

North Korean human rights condition has been seriously deteriorated regardless of the South Korea's and international society's well-intentioned previous aids and engagement. Considering the Kim Jung-un regime's stronger dictatorship and a series of bad laws legislated in the last couple of years, the more intensive and efficient policy coordinated is critically important to improve the North Korean human rights condition. This panel seeks to explore both the deeper academic discussion and the better policy suggestions on that subject.
