AI Governance challenges for the Global South, EU and the rest of the world

This panel crosses challenges from Global Governace related to AI approaches namely due to public national policies and the need to control and regulate AI and its impact on global performance.
This panel welcomes submissions that deal with the aspect of Global South AI regulation, EU regulation and its interaction among and/or between blocks.
The focus here is on the newness of IA and its disruptive power which might engage conflicts and/or lead to its faster resolution.
The impact of IA in new forms of regulation, conflict resolution and its immediate impact and longer run impact is also abridged.
